The Benefits of Resveratrol Slows Down Aging & Prevents Disease
Unfortunately, the vast majority of the supplements out there don’t have the slightest influence on the aging process. The good news is that there’s a growing body of research showing that one supplement, certified resveratrol, is the real deal.
What Is Resveratrol It is a red grape seed extract that is found in extremely high concentrations in red wine. It’s thought to be the antioxidant that gives red wine its now-famous health boosting properties. Recently, scientists have been able to extract this antioxidant from the grapes and produce it in capsule form. Exciting news out of research labs around the world are pointing towards the benefits of resveratrol as the closest thing we have to a modern day fountain of youth. How It Works You may already be familiar with research on calorie restriction and anti-aging. It turns out that a sharp decrease in caloric intake activates a gene that slows the aging process. This is definitely the case in animals, and appears to be true in humans as well. Taking doses of resveratrol dietary supplements activate the same gene, but doesn’t require the same level of lifestyle change. In fact, resveratrol alone is able to lengthen lifespan in rats by 15%, the equivalent of about a decade of extra life in humans. A study published in the journal - "Current Biology", has confirmed these findings in a number of other animals which suggests that this benefit is likely applicable to humans as well. This research is so promising that the first ever clinical trials for slowing the aging process are currently underway. Unfortunately, it appears that the amount of resveratol required to significantly delay aging are quite enormous. In animal studies, it’s not uncommon for researchers to give the animals the equivalent of 200 bottles of red wine per day –not something that would be considered ethical in humans. But that’s not to say that you can’t use resveratrol pills as a weapon in your war against age. The amount of resveratrol in red wine appears to be a big part of why people in France and Italy live longer than most other countries, even though they tend to smoke and eat a diet high in fat.
This nutrient has been known to prevent to fight free radical damage, prevent Alzheimer's, inhibit the development of cancer cells, keep cholesterol in check, promote a health heart and normal blood pressure. Also resveratrol supplements are generally well tolerated. Most importantly, they’ll give you a much higher amount of nutrient than you could ever hope to get with red wine. ===> Highly Recommended ===> Do know where to buy the highest quality resveratrol Leave Benefits of Resveratrol & Go To Dietary Health Supplements |
